Order Information

Placing orders on line

All on line orders will use  credit cards as the method of payment. WE VALUE YOUR PRIVACY AND SECURITY.   ALL CONTACT AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO A PAYMENT CARD INDUSTRY (PCI) CERTIFIED PARTNER TO ENSURE PROTECTION OF THIS INFORMATION. YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT DISCLOSED TO ANY ENTITY FOR ANY REASON.

Generic e-mail addresses

Orders linked to generic e-mail addresses (Hotmail, gmail, MSN, etc) will not be accepted without confirmation of authenticity - if you have a Corporate, University or Government related e-mail address please use that for correspondence.

Product Delivery and Lead Times

Our goal is to deliver ordered products as quickly as possible - lead times for our products vary widely.  We will notify you as quickly as we can after receipt of your order with an expected ship date.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department using the numbers listed under "Contact Information" within 10 calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.

International Orders

We accept orders for delivery to most countries around the world. Customers are responsible for payment of shipping charges, duties and excise taxes and any sales or value added taxes related to the shipment.

SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the World using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Shipping charges are in addition to the total price of the items.  We try to package items together so all shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the total order.  We do not have a separate charge for each item purchased that is added together to get a high shipping price.  Pricing may vary according to the current carrier rates.  We can not list shipping prices online because of these factors.  Please contact us if shipping rates are required prior to shipping.  All pieces missing or damaged in shipment must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders, paid with credit card without complication.  Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day. 

REFUND POLICY

 

 We have a 10 day refund policy. If you are not satified with the product, contact us within 10 day of receipt of the goods for a refund.

Downloadable products are NOT REFUNDABLE. There are no cancellations, exchanges or returns on ANY  Software products.


Products purchased that are not downloadable may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges. Contact us first before sending back the product.

If for any reason you are not pleased with our product, service, or prices, please don't hesitate to contact us. To make a successful return or a replacement order, send us an email at admin at seenshop.com and please specify the following information:
 
Full name of puchaser, your order number, what you ordered, the date of purchase, and the amount that you paid for the item, and your e-mail address. Please notice that you must indicate the reason for the return/replacement in order to receive a refund or a credit. You should expect to receive your credit or refund four weeks from the date that we receive your returned item.
If the product was in sealed packages, the seal must not be broken. The cancellation period starts when the product has been delived to the receiver. We cannot pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. This means you are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by SeenShop Web Store, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.

 

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
